Fantastic Food Across The South West

Established in the summer of 2023, the Rubicon Kitchen story began from our little seafood pop-up in West Bay. If you joined us down the bay, you’ll probably remember our Kedgeree Scotched Eggs or the Fish Tacos (the out-of-this-world Salsa Verde, especially!) After receiving such positive feedback, we now offer catering services in Dorset, Devon and Somerset. 

 

What you might not know about us: we have 25 years of experience in the event and hospitality industry covering the South West. Ollie, at the helm of Rubicon Kitchen, is classically French-trained. He has gained a reputation in bespoke, gourmet dining, with experience ranging from Michelin-star restaurants and award-winning gastropubs covering Bristol, The Cotswolds, The Forest of Dean and South Wales. 

 

Also, as seasoned travellers, the Rubicon Team have eaten their way around Asia, South America and Europe, which has helped develop a palette for the more exotic flavours that can be incorporated into your menu.
